Join The Members and Friends of The Lone Star Bears for the 5th annual Bear Splash at Hippy Hollow.
Schedule of events for Bear Splash 5 Weekend:
- Friday, May 25: Lone Star Bears and Friends, Meet and Greet, from 9pm to close, at The Iron Bear.
- Saturday, May 26: from noon to 6pm, Bear Splash at Hippy Hollow. The Lone Star Bear will be to the far RIGHT of the steps, near the fence, as you enter the park.
- Saturday, May 26: Bear Splash Party, from 9pm to close, at The Iron Bear.
- Sunday, May 27: 11am to 1pm - Bear Brunch at Trudy's North Star (8820 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78758. Be sure to reserve a table: 512.454.1474)
By popular request we have added a second Bear Splash at Hippy Hollow ~
- Sunday, May 2: from noon to 6pm, Bear Splash at Hippy Hollow. The Lone Star Bears will be to the far RIGHT of the steps, near the fence, as you enter the park.
- Sunday, May 27: from 2pm to Midnight, Beer Bust at The Iron Bear. $1 draft beer, $5 pitchers, burgers, hot dogs, and all the fixings from 2 to 6pm.
- Monday, May 28: from Noon to 2pm, The Salt Lick @ The Ball Park/Dell Diamond in Roundrock. Credit Cards Accepted. Beer and alcohol are served. Please be there at Noon!!
- Monday, May 28: from 2pm to 9pm, Beer Bust at The Iron Bear. $1 draft beer, $5 pitchers.
Hippy Hollow entrance fee is $12 per vehicle. We strongly suggest car pooling!
Hippy Hollow is a "clothing optional" public park operated by Travis County.
You can "bare it all" at Hippy Hollow, BUT public display of the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted! SO you must keep your beer cans covered. NO BOTTLES!!!
Remember that nudity is acceptable. Lewd behavior is not!
- Public Consumption - Public display of the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Visitors who become intoxicated will be removed from the parks.
- Glass Containers - No person shall bring into or use glass containers in any area of or within any Travis County Park.
- Swimming - All swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty!
